Ethiopian coffee from the Yirga Chefe region is tried and true, a major player in the global third wave coffee scene, marked by its characteristic blueberry aromatics. We love this variety, which hails from the abutting Sidama region of Ethiopia. Fruity flavors abound, but here, they come through a little bit higher on the palette. 
 
Best served as espresso.
